Agreement
These Terms govern your use of bluglink.com and the bluglink API (the "Service"), provided by TRB Global Market LLC ("we"). By creating an account or using the Service you agree to them.
Accounts and API keys
You are responsible for your account and for all use of your API key. Keep your key secret; rotate it immediately if it is exposed. You must be at least 18 and provide accurate information.
Content and conduct
You are responsible for the posts, comments, messages and profile information you publish on bluglink. Do not post unlawful, harassing or infringing content, impersonate others, or use the Service to spam or scrape other users' data. We may remove content or suspend accounts that violate these rules.
Job postings and courses
Job listings are aggregated from public sources or submitted directly by users; we do not guarantee their accuracy or that any listing is still open. Course listings link to third-party providers who are solely responsible for their content and availability.
Promoted posts and billing
You may pay to promote a post for a chosen budget and duration. Payments are processed securely by Stripe. Promotion does not guarantee a specific amount of engagement. Prices and available promotion options may change with notice.
Acceptable use
Do not circumvent rate limits, share your API key to evade limits, attempt to access other accounts, or use the Service for unlawful purposes. We may suspend accounts that violate these rules.
Availability
We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Features may change, be paused or be discontinued.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Service is provided without warranties, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages.
Termination
You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for breach of these Terms.
